Blue Flag beaches (Pixavacas)

The Blue Flag, internationally recognized awards to our beaches, ensure environmental quality service. The deserved ADEAC granted by the entity (Association of Environmental and Consumer Education) promotes those beaches that meet the terms of adaptability for people with disabilities.

Pristine beaches (Calafató)

The pristine beaches distinctive is granted from the organization Ecologists in Action. This distinctive values the beaches that are in the best environmental conditions, where human intervention is little or none

Torrent del Pi 

The Torrent del Pi beach: is an ideal place for lovers of nature in its purest form. On this beach we find a small rock formation cliff pradería type combined Posidonia. We also found a PEIN (Plan for Areas of Natural Interest) area.

Bon Caponet 

Bon Caponet beach, is the beach for pets with service and bag dispenser.


One of the most idyllic beaches of the Ebro . Crystal clear water , surrounded by greenery . The beach is pebbles and rocks and is located between the town of L’ Ametlla de Mar and the urbanization of Tres Calas . The measures of this beach are 20 m wide by 120 m long . Xelín Creek is accessible by car and foot, has a shower and daily cleaning. It is stone.

Sant Jordi

This small beach is located at the foot of the medieval castle of Sant Jordi Alfama and is awarded the Blue Flag .

Cala Alguer

L’ Alguer beach is one of the closest to l’ Ametlla de Mar. The promenade that will lead us to a profiled narrow streets of whitewashed houses or fishing port.
